Springdale Baliwag - LOCATION

Springdale Baliwag is located along Calle Rizal, Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Baliwag, Bulacan.

The site is just beside Santa Barbara Elementary School and less than 300 meters from St. Padre Pio Church Baliwag. The town has a public and private mode of transportation with a terminal in SM City Baliwag. Several transport systems are stationed at the SM Baliwag Central Terminal where buses, jeepneys, and UV Expresses ply to Metro Manila, nearby cities, and other provinces.

The municipality is served by intra-municipal tricycles and jeepneys. During the time of the pandemic, buses and other public transport in the central terminal are the starts of a point-to-point (P2P) system going to Metro Manila and other destinations. Baliwag is just 52km north of Manila. Three major transport lines ply the routes from Baliwag to Candaba (Pampanga) via the Benigno Aquino Avenue; the Dona Remedios Trinidad Highway and the Old Cagayan Valley Road going to Nueva Ecija and Metro Manila.

The town’s proximity to Metro Manila makes it one of the most popular residential hubs and industrial zones north of the capital. The town is quite interesting to live by. It still has green surroundings but with key destinations near Springdale. Baliwag is slowly becoming one of the major economic powerhouses in Bulacan.
